How do I book a party?

What areas do you serve?

We’re based on Florida’s Space Coast and currently serve Brevard County and surrounding areas. Not sure if we travel to you? Just ask!

What’s included in a party package?

All packages include setup, supplies, a Craft Conductor to guide the fun & cleanup. You choose the package, we bring the creativity!

How long does a party last?

Each package has an estimated timeframe, but at least an hour. This does not include our time for setup & clean up (usually 20-30 minutes each).

How many kids can participate?

Each package includes a set number of guests. Additional guests can be added.

How far in advance should we book?

The more advanced notice you can provide us, the more we can customize the event to your specific creative visions. We ask for at least 3 weeks notice to give us time to collaborate together and ensure we have the necessary supplies. Last minute idea? Procrastinator? Shoot us an email and let’s see what we can put together!

Can I request a custom theme or craft?

Absolutely! We love creative requests and can customize craft options to fit your party theme, age, range or interests.

Is it messy? Will I need to clean up?

We bring table covers and handle all cleanup-you won’t be stuck scraping glitter off your dining room table.

Do parents need to supervise?

Our Craft Conductors lead the activities, but we always ask at least one adult be present during the party.

What age groups do you work with?

We specialize in parties for kids aged 3-12, but we also offer custom experiences for teens and adults.

What type of events do you do?

The Craft Caboose isn’t just for birthdays! We roll into all kinds of celebrations and gatherings including:
